Toni is the CEO of TTC Enterprises ~ Opulent Designs, A Home Improvement Specialist, an Interior Design graduate, project manager, business coach, realtor, motivational speaker, mentor, author of “A Diamond Born of Fortitude”, co-author of “Rise Above, “One DAE at a Time” & Take the Muzzle Off. She was featured guest on “In Focus – York County Promoting Entrepreneurship”. She was also a guest and co-host on “In the Ring”. 

 

Towards the end of her military career Toni was faced with health issues that were brought on by stress and depression. After retirement she awoke one day paralyzed from the neck down. For 2 years after retirement the spirit and fire of Toni faded. Others in need spurred her revitalization and courage to take control and change her entire lifestyle to regain strength, focus, faith and family. Discovering the depth of her health issues (3 autoimmune diseases) and what impact the environment was taking on her health she began a mission to stop using traditional medications and let the power of a positive mindset and nature heal her. 

 

Her recommitment to her faith, her life and her family helped in starting a business with her husband and seized the opportunity to get her Masters of Fine Arts in Interior Design to take their business to new heights. Serving and connecting in the community has led to her sharing her story of healing and an opportunity to help others make a difference in their family’s health, personal development, finances, service and leadership. 

 

Toni currently resides in Hampton, Virginia and she is a community leader who has served on multiple boards, former President of the York/Poquoson Social Services Board, the Lackey Free Clinic, BNI networking organization & the local Social Butterflies Foundation. She is a current Allied Member of the American Society of Interior Designers, a board member of the York County Citizens Advisory Board, she has the distinction to being chosen as the first African American female President of the York County Chamber of Commerce in 2020 and was re-elected to continue her role dedicated to serving, promoting and representing businesses and voicing their interests and concerns in 2021.

 

Toni has CCAF Degrees in Telecommunications Management, Education and Training Management, a Bachelor of Science from Southern Illinois University in Adult Workforce Education and Development as well as a Master of Fine Arts in Interior Design from Virginia Commonwealth University.

 

Toni is a Mom, a Wife, a MiMi, a Designer, a Veteran, and Author and an advocate for health and wellness as a survivor with Lupus and Fibromyalgia, a domestic violence advocate. Her experiences of abuse, domestic violence, military trauma and health concerns has led her down a pathway to find her purpose in helping others rise above all adversity, recognize their gifts, find their purpose to live and love the life they have been blessed with.
